As the BACH app's Marketplace GM, I managed over 1,500 bookable group experiences available in 25 U.S. cities. These activities and services included private yachts and boats, restaurants and bars, local tours, in-home decorating, and live entertainment from drag queen brunches in Miami to Magic Mike Live in Las Vegas. Using data, trendsetting, strong vendor relationships, and lifecycle marketing, I helped drive over $10m in annual top line revenue from our marketplace.

I drove outsized metrics for the business in marketplace conversion rates, email and social media engagement, customer reviews, and full funnel optimizations. I worked closely with the CEO, COO, CTO, and other company leaders to roadmap and execute company goals.
