As the Marketing Director and only creative on Team BACH (now known as "Batch"), I was responsible for planning and executing our entire lifecycle marketing strategy. I am proficient in building automated journeys and blast campaigns containing emails, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages in the cross-channel marketing platform Iterable.
I wrote, designed, and built a welcome series journey for trip/party planners and guests, a helpful planning timeline journey based on personal party dates and destinations, and an abandoned cart series that converted at 12-20% depending on the season.
These are just 3 examples of a wide variety of email journeys and blasts that I installed and heavily A/B tested during my 5 years at the startup.

The "Hmm..." example above was sent within half an hour of the Facebook/Instagram outage on 10/04/21. It was BACH's best performing push notification, sending thousands of users into our app.
It was one of hundreds of pushes I wrote and delivered via both complex automated journeys and spontaneous blasts sent to boost app activity and revenue.
