About Me (and more work!)

I moved to New York in 2014 after working in-house in Kentucky. As my thinking was getting bigger, so were my obstacles. I was hungry for an environment where people were begging for great creative. I moved on a Sunday, landed a freelance gig at VaynerMedia Tuesday morning, and was asked to come on full-time by Thursday afternoon. I knew I had made the right decision.

I spent three years working on great brands such as Starbucks, Quaker, Mountain Dew, Ferrero Rocher, USA, Oprah Winfrey Network, Hess, Remy Martin, Spotify...the list goes on and on. I learned a lot and I learned it fast. I didn't even realize that photoshoots and video productions were a part of a graphic designer's evolution, but now I know that there is no limit to what can be created in any position.

My excitement never diminishes when it comes to bringing great ideas to life. There's nothing like the feeling of seeing your words, your art, your ideas out there in the real world. Whether they're on a subway train, a highway billboard, or held in the palm of someone's hand, you never tire of getting that little rush that shoots through you when you see that the world is your audience.

Thanks for taking the time to jump around my site. I've compiled some more favorites here because my work is the closest to an "About Me" experience I can deliver.

I made a little series of typographic illustrations that I called Hairography to portray iconic women:
